CMJ festival was nuts, we played 7 shows (4 acoustic, 1 electric instore, 2 electric gigs) in 2 days and only had chance to sit down for a hot meal at 5pm on the third day. We also attended the WFMU record fair and met ?uestlove who was stood in the line for admission behind us! Now that our blood is saturated with pizza sauce we are headed northwards to Canada to redress out poutine deficiency. Thank you to the new and old faces we’ve met thus far, and thanks to Jane in Boston for bringing a crate of rootbeer to the gig. A CRATE. Laura from Blood Red Shoes likes it as much as I do so all is well in the tour van. Love from the road
